I lost all of 1 lb this past week. This is no ones fault but my own. Between travel, stress, and lack of preparation I just didn’t have it together enough to stick to the plan very well. Considering I only exercised one time and I was mainly only following the 21 Day Fix on the weekdays I am not too upset with the results.
Here’s to a better weigh in next week.

Hey, now! 1 lb. is still progress! Don’t beat yourself up too much.
And good progress! 1 lb a week is pretty healthy weight loss, at least according to the fitness trainers I’ve worked with.
Exactly! You’re doing great and when you do follow it to a tee…you’re likely going to see a lot more than 1 pound come off so get excited 🙂
It takes time to start losing weight… I wouldn’t expect ANY loss at all in the first week! Be patient. 🙂
Healthy weight loss is really only UP TO 2 pounds a week, so one pound is perfectly reasonable.
